Bourbon Peach Tea Recipe
Ready to infuse your evening with a touch of Southern sweetness? Enter the Bourbon Peach Tea Cocktail!
With the warmth of bourbon, the sweetness of ripe peaches, and the refreshing kick of iced tea, this cocktail is like a taste of summer in every sip. So grab your mason jar, mix it up, and get ready to experience the delicious flavors of the South!
THE INGREDIENTS:
½ ripe peach, sliced (because we’re getting peachy)
½ tsp Brown Sugar (just enough to sweeten the deal)
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice (for that zesty zing)
1oz Peach Liqueur (because peaches deserve to party too)
½ oz Amaro (adding a little mystery to the mix)
1 ½ oz Bourbon (the star of the show) *We recommend Glenfiddich 14 yr Bourbon
2-4oz Sweet Peach Tea or Regular Sweet Tea (take your pick, sweetness awaits)
GARNISH:
Peach slice (the fruity hat for your drink)
Sprig of Thyme (because we’re fancy like that)
RECOMMENDED GLASS: : Collins but a Mason Jar would be perfection!
DIRECTIONS:
Start by mashing up those peaches with brown sugar and lemon juice in a shaker, let's get them in the mood. Then, pour in the Peach Liqueur, Amaro, and that golden elixir known as Bourbon. Add ice and give it a good shake, channel your inner bartender and shake it like you mean it! Strain into your Collins glass, fill it up with ice, and then top it off with your chosen sweet tea. Finally, garnish with a peach slice and a dashing sprig of thyme because we believe in dressing to impress.
Now, find yourself a cozy spot in the backyard, kick back, and sip away.
